Welcome to Helix Apps LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our websites, including helixapps.dev, and our mobile applications, including Chirpn (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Helix Apps LLC operates two lines of business: (a) it develops and publishes mobile applications for iOS, including but not limited to Chirpn, and (b) it provides professional digital marketing and software development consulting services, including AI search visibility (GEO/AEO), search engine optimization, analytics, and custom iOS application development ("Consulting Services"). The Services and all contents, features, and functionality are owned by Helix Apps LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
Consulting Services are provided under separate written agreements (such as a proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement) executed between Helix Apps LLC and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and such an agreement, the separate agreement governs that engagement. Content on this website describing our Consulting Services — including pricing, timelines, and methodologies — is provided for general information, may change without notice, and does not constitute an offer, a guarantee of specific outcomes, or professional advice. Search engine and AI assistant results are controlled by third parties; Helix Apps LLC does not and cannot guarantee specific rankings, citations, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes.
By utilizing our applications, you agree that you will not engage in any activity that is harmful, illegal, obscene, or disruptive to other users. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate or restrict your access to our applications if you violate acceptable guidelines.
All design elements, original source code, layout schemas, application icons, and brand marks associated with Helix Apps LLC and Chirpn remain the exclusive intellectual property of Helix Apps LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and run our applications on personal Apple devices for personal, non-commercial use. Ownership of deliverables produced under Consulting Services engagements is defined in the applicable client agreement.
In no event shall Helix Apps LLC, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the Services.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Services after revisions are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
